Newly Trained Facilitators: RECOVER Project for Syrian Refugees

RECOVER - a project that aims to support Syrian refugees and host communities in Mafraq, Zarqa, and Irbid governorates - held a two-phase training for the newly joined facilitators in the project taken place in Amman from 14 - 25 December 2014.

The training program focused on three levels;

the first related to the principles of adult education and training in specific environments, the second related to planning, conducting and implementing training programs, and the third related to the training skills and managing people, group dynamics and conflict management.



In conclusion, the facilitators have gained knowledge and skills to support the facilitation process and working with beneficiaries in the different sectors that the project provides. The project is implemented in cooperation with three local associations, Family and Children Protection Association in Irbid Governorate, Queen Zain Al Sharaf Association in Mafraq Governorate, and Family Welfare Affairs Association in Zarqa Governorate.



This training was conducted by Kafa'a International for Development and Training.
